Jack's 18 Month Check-Up

Jack had his check-up yesterday. He's really 18 1/2 months old now. He weighed 26.1 pounds and is 34 inches tall. That puts him in the 85th percentile for height and 50th percentile for weight. Since his last appointment when he was about 15 months he has grown almost 2 inches but only gained about 10 ounces. The pediatrician says he's growing great and looks very healthy. She was surprised how calm Jack was through the whole exam. Even when he got two shots, he cried for a little bit and then went back to playing. Justin and I are just amazed at how much he is learning everyday. Jack is a little chatter-box. He can say a lot of words. Too many to count. Jack's always trying to tell us things and likes to use his hands for emphasis. It's so fun to listen to him talk and play!
