Jack and Cindy were so excited when Grandpa McDermott came for a visit last Tuesday! The minute Grandpa arrived, they were all over him. Jack and Cindy wanted Grandpa to hold their hand while they walked, or carry them when they were tired. On Wednesday, we headed to Granby, CT to take a little hike and see some waterfalls. We had never been to these waterfalls but found them on a website,
CT Waterfalls. Jack and Cindy love seeing waterfalls and throwing rocks and sticks in the water.
Jack and Cindy also loved playing at playgrounds with Grandpa.
Jack went to the park by our house everyday with Grandpa (while Cindy took a nap) and loved playing pirates with him. Jack and Cindy looked for Grandpa every morning and didn't want him out of their sight the whole day. They had so much fun with Grandpa and can't wait till he comes back in August.

Thats great that they love their Grandpa and remember him even though he lives so far away.
